Apartment 2*** for 4 persons, located on the ground floor of the house.

Surface area is about 45 square meters and consists of:
- One bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm).
- Living room within the kitchen with 2 single bed (90 x 200 cm).
- Open kitchen (fridge, electric oven, kettle, filter coffee maker) kitchen kit equipped.
- 1 Bathroom with shower / WC.
- Balcony with seating set with sea view.
- Parking secured in front of the house.

Apartment is dispatched:

LCD TV-SAT, WiFi and Air conditioning (Air condition is not included in the price of the apartment and costs 5, - Euro per day)  Apartment price no.2 is for 4 persons.

Reservation

In the period from 01.07. - 31.08. minimum stay in apartment is 7 nights.
All prices are in euro.
The price includes electricity, water, dishes, tablecloths, sheets, towels, free wifi and final cleaning.

Residence tax

- Residence tax and registration of guests are not included in the price
- Residence tax per person per day is 1,50 €
- Children from 12-18 years. pay 50% of the amount
- Children up to 12 years. are exempt from paying the residence tax

Pets are not allowed in the apartments is not allowed.

Payment method

The payment is in two parts. The first part (advance) paid in advance when booking, and the second part is paid on arrival at your chosen accommodation. The deposit is 35% of the total price.

Payments can be made by bank transfer to the account or sent by registered mail:

Arrival / Departure

On arrival, you can enter in the rented accommodation after 14:00 hours on the day of departure you must leave the room until 10:00 pm, unless otherwise agreed. If the guest upon arrival comes in the reserved accommodation after 22:00, it is obliged to previously called us and announce late arrival.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation, the advance deposit will not be refunded.
